Not because we are engaged in leading edge work in the fields of CONTINUOUS CHANGE and of EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE, although of course we're proud of our successes in these fields.
In fact the tools and techniques we use are often derived from proven approaches, such as Force Field Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence and classic coaching and facilitation techniques.
Also, Glynn Jung has over 25 years experience in Learning & Development and has modified techniques learnt from working with some of the best L & D practitioners in their chosen fields.
But getting back to the question "what sets us apart?" we can only tell you what clients say:
- Fast and Focused : we identify and agree what is most important to do, agree the timescales. Then we get on and help you achieve your goals. We have been told that we have successfully delivered in weeks what it would take a big consultancy a month just to define and scope.
- Self-sufficiency : our goal is to ensure we leave behind the knowledge, skills and tools to maintain and repeat (usually necessary in a changing world) our programmes.
- Honest : a frequent comment from clients is "refreshingly and unfailingly honest". We work hard to make sure that both the problem and its resolution are clearly defined. In fact we have had to decline commissions where we firmly believed that the client's preferred route would deliver no meaningful benefits, (the "must be seen to be doing something about this" response).
So, simply a dedication to doing the right things, in the right way and at the right times, to deliver the right results.
